Responsibilities
The Lead Front Desk Receptionist Student Intern will assist in managing the front desk operations of our school and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service
This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in administration, communication, and leadership while supporting the daily activities of the front office
Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Organize and maintain the front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence
Train and mentor fellow interns or new front desk staff as needed
Support special projects and events as assigned by the front office supervisor
Perform other administrative duties as required
