Job Description

We’re looking for a UI/UX designer to design and develop visually compelling and beautiful creative assets. You will work closely with product managers and developers to create and bring ideas to life to help drive new business. This internship will allow you to work alongside our and collaborate with designers, content specialists, analysts, and developers. Throughout the internship, you will gain real-world experience working on projects that truly impact the performance of the company. You will also have the opportunity to work on different projects and initiatives ranging from creating mock-ups for A/B tests and new site features, wireframes, user flows, and more!

We are currently hiring a Product UI Designer for our web based product design & development team, who will work as part of a collaborative and innovative team of designers and stakeholders across different functions to create visually delightful and easy-to-use designs for digital products.

Daily Responsibilities
• Plan and implement new designs.
• Optimise existing user interface and user experience.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives.
• Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, and product managers to create simple, easy-to-use, intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
• Create prototypes for new product ideas.
• Test new ideas before implementing them.

Requirements
• A wonderful portfolio that you are happy to present
• Good knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator (After Effects is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to discuss and explain design options.
• Detail-oriented and critical thinker.
• The problem-solving mindset with an ability to come up with creative ideas.

Good to have
• An eye for adding micro-interactions to the website and mobile applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise projects, and communicate across teams.
