Creative/Graphic Designer
Location: Pune, India
Model of Work: Hybrid
Job Purpose
Quorum’s Global Marketing Team is hiring a Creative/Graphic Designer to create dynamic visual graphics across a wide range of multimedia formats. You will be tasked with developing visually striking material for advertising, campaigns, web, brochures, tradeshow, social, sales pitch decks, and corporate initiatives. This position will support and collaborate with the creative team, content team, brand team, and other key stakeholders. You must understand design principles and tools, be able to follow brand guidelines, and be highly organized. To excel, you must have enthusiasm and passion for the visual medium and be excited to learn new techniques and new technologies.
What You Will Do:
• Creating dynamic visual material across a wide range of formats, including but not limited to: digital, display, interactive/multimedia, tradeshow signage, and print
• Following branding guidelines and direction from the management team and strategic marketers
• Implementation of various campaign material via email, web, social media, and tradeshow
• Works with the creative and content team to develop creative assets, templates, process, and style standards
• Manage multiple projects independently in a detail-oriented, fast-paced, fun, innovative and deadline-driven environment
• Creates and edits sales pitch decks, corporate decks, and other presentation materials
• And other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of graphic design work experience • Experience working in Asana or other project management software • Experience working with Bynder or other digital asset management tool
What to Bring:
• Demonstrated graphic design skills
• Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Video editing a plus)
• 1+ years of graphic design work experience
• Ability to adhere to brand and style standards while also working to evolve and improve them in collaboration with others
• Ability to meet deadlines and targeted objective timeframes
• Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a team that includes content production/traffic manager, other designers and marketing professionals
• Experience working in Asana or other project management software
• Experience working with Bynder or other digital asset management tool
Additional Details
• Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
