Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern

Location: Hybrid (Delhi Office, India)

Type: Full Time Internship

Remuneration: Stipend of 5,000 - 10,000 INR per month

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated social obsessed intern who has a passion for Social Media Marketing, and complete skills with an understanding of how to create and execute successful social media campaigns.

The Social Media Marketing Intern will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of our social media presence, and will be responsible for creating engaging content for our various social media platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Our intern has the right copywriting skills, experience in posting content for high engagement and inclination for analytics.

From crafting the perfect Instagram post to engaging with followers on LinkedIn, you'll have the chance to make a real impact and see your work come to life. Great to have qualifications:
• 1-2 Years of experience in the field of Social Media Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree program in Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field. (Batch of 23 or Graduate).
• Experience with Instagram Reels, Influencer Marketing, and LinkedIn Marketing.
• Expertise with SEO, social media writing, trends, hashtags, tools and analytics and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field of social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand our Brand voice and tone.
• Assist in the development of a comprehensive social media strategy that helps showcase our company’s work.
• Manage day-to-day content creation and publishing on all of our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Showcase the company’s culture to the general audience as well as to the job seekers.
• To grow the social presence, reach and engagement of the company on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
• Provide timely and accurate responses on Comments and DMs on our socials.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations on how we can improve our social media presence.
• Attend and assist with events and other marketing initiatives to increase our brand awareness and engagement on social media.

Bonus Points if You Posses / Desired Skills:
• YouTube Certification, Copywriting course credentials or HubSpot Content Certification (Good to have, not a Requirement)
• Knowledge in Video Production industry (would be a plus, not a requirement)
• A great social media presence of your own.
