Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan to generate sales leads, increase brand awareness, and create a positive customer experience. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging social media accounts, conducting liaison with vendors, making sales presentations, and executing selling events in condominiums and fairs.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate sales leads
• Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, etc.)
• Leverage social media accounts to engage customers, promote content, and drive sales
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
• Execute selling events in condominiums and fairs
• Analyze data to measure marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies
• Develop creative concepts and content to support campaigns
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing and campaign management
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics
• Ability to create compelling content and copy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
