Norex is a leading Star Export House engaged in manufacturing of Menthol, Mint Oils, Essential Oils, Aroma Chemicals, Flavours & Fragrances having ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000 v 5.1 and WHO: GMP certification. Norex has strong presence worldwide, servicing very reputed and major MNC customers. Norex is now foraying into the field of valued added flavoring ingredients, specifically in the field of spray dried peppermint, spearmint and other related products, with ambitious plans to further expand and become a reputed partner to the food, flavours, oral care and pharmaceutical industries.
Responsibilities
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding
• Provide support to employees and resolve any issues that may arise
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake performance management system
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Scheduling and coordinating committee meetings e.g., POSH, Grievance Redressal
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks
• Ensure compliance with labor and factory law
• Coordinating with different department for smooth communication process
• Implementation of KRA and KPI
• Support in internal and external audits.
• Prepare termination and severance letters
• Organizing employee engagement activities
• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
Skills Required
• At least 3 years of experience
• Good knowledge of labor and factory laws
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work independently and as a team.
