What will you do at SkilloVilla?

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be hiring folks for the various roles in the Non-IT. Your responsibilities include screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews for the respective hiring managers across all the requirements in the organization, so it’s an end-to-end recruitment profile. At SkilloVilla you will be getting a chance to learn various sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, Apna hire, Job Hai, etc.

What do we need from you?

1) Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence. (Prefeed language is English).

2)Has the ability to convince candidates to join the organization.

3)Should have a Basic Knowledge of Human resource management and labor laws.

4)Should have a basic knowledge of MS office like (MS word, and MS Excel).

5)Should have a working Laptop.

Academic Qualification: MBA/PGDM Human Resource Management (pursuing students can also apply)

Internship Duration: 3 Months and depending upon the performance a PPO will be offered.

Stipend for 3 months: 10k - 12k per month.

Location: Work from the office (Bangalore
