Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales / BD Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.Roles and Responsibilities:Should have 8+ years of end-to-end staff augmentation services sales experience in perm & and temp staffing.Very Strong Experience in New Client Acquisition & and high-end exposure to the IT/NON-IT Staffing Industry.Managing End-To-End activities related to Client Acquisition/Retention.Generate new business opportunities and requirement gathering from new clients and maintain existing client relationships.Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success.Responsible for Identifying & expanding opportunities with clients & customer retention.Must be target-driven and must be able to thrive in a time-pressured environment.Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.Ability to self-motivate multi-task and work independently or within a team.To maintain good relationships with all clients and ensure all the queries/issues are addressed in a phased manner.Requirements and skillsBS/MS degree in business administration or a related fieldSuccessful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsCommitted to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
