Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: • Interpret and understand RBI regulations for outsourcing of partners • Develop and execute framework for Risk evaluation of outsourced partners a. Defining materiality criteria and shortlisting of partners b. Categorization of partners in HML c. Preparation of partner assessment strategy d. Document audit checklist for each vendor category • Ensure appropriate processes for monitoring and control are in place for critical partners • Assessment of existing available governance processes / mechanisms for finalized partners with respective compliance units • Ensure adequacy and timeliness of regulatory findings mandated for committee / board • Documentation of critical processes with respect to outsourcing • Perform periodic assessment of processes with respective functions and compliance units • Prepare gap assessment report • Actionizing and tracking & closure of identified compliance issues Experience and Expertise • Minimum 7-8 years of experience • CA / MBA or equivalent • Experience in internal audit of lending business • Experience in data analysis and report drafting • Excellent Excel & Power Point proficiency • Positive attitude and team player • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
