Job Description
The job description for the HR position is as follows:
• Design and update job descriptions
• Post new job positions on websites and job boards.
• Assist with screening resumes and applications
• Send/E-Mail offer letters. / Coordinate interviews.
• Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.(Keka portal)-
• Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system-KEKA, recruiting reports and other recruitment administration functions as needed
• Performance Appraisals Analysis.
• Run Employee benefit management
• Work on organizational development
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
