Roles & Responsibilities -
Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Posting vacancies on portals. Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Hands on experience on Sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences.
· Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life Cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview etc)
· Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search.
· Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
· Candidates shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
· Provide counselling on policies and procedures
· Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
