About the Internship:
Job Profile: Front Desk Executive cum Admin (Female only)

Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: Minimum 06 months

Required details:

1. Excellent communication skills in English/Gujarati/Hindi

2. Candidate should be proficient in MS Office, Excel sheets & all over computer knowledge

3. Ready to work for long-term

4. Candidates must be loyal to their responsibilities

5. Only female candidates shall be preferred

6. Soft spoken, clear voice, good looking & impressive

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)

2. Maintain security by following safety procedures & controlling access via the reception desk

3. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

4. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email

5. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

6. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

7. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

1. Must know computer work, including soft entries, Excel, and MS Word documents
