1. Processing tasks assigned as per the defined process SLA and providing resolutions within the timelines
2. Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence
3. Understanding client requirements and resolving queries through chats
4. Adhering to company compliances and policies

1. Versant score of 55 + at the hiring stage
2. Typing speed of 30-35 wpm with an accuracy of 90% +
