Job Description
Person Task:
• Calling Sellers for Survey, Calling Sellers for Onboarding their products and Calling Buyers to join our platform.
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
• Key Account Management, researching and identifying sales opportunities, prospects, lead generation, identification and classification.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify the performance of marketing initiatives.
Person Specifications:
• Good Communication skills , Impressive Personality, highly organized and efficient.
• Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
• Should be target oriented and good in excel
• Should have past experience in form filling and product onboarding
• Prior experience in Seller Onboarding for ecommerce will be an advantage
