We are looking for talented and competitive Business Development Managers *4 post for Ahmedabad / 1 for Vadodara apply on who is passionate about B2B sales can communicate the value propositions of our business with our clients. You should be someone who cares deeply about clients and is a master of follow-ups and sales closures. We expect the Business Development Managers to respond to all leads and convert the leads into successful business. KRA MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Researching and identifying new market opportunities. Any graduate / MBA preferable Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)4 wheeler mandatory for females Salary : ( 70k to 80k)Visiting to GIDC areas for face to face meeting with clients. 100 km radius of Ahmedabad covering all GIDC sector only. Excellent verbal & written communication - English

Preparing and delivering pitches to potential clients. Industrial B2B sales experience 5yrs & above Coordinating with the client and communicating with the operations team outlook appearance should be very good Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, achieve targets age preferable up to 37-40 Yrs Build and maintain effective relationship with key and potential clients, interacting with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards. Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company performance Generate revenue and achieve business targets consistently

Good personality is mandatory / need profile pic of the candidates along with their CVs Ensure average sales realization is as specified Achieve KRA and goals aligned with company vision Generate, compile and present reports to management Represent and boost Recycling Hub's brand with ethical and professional etiquette

Salary: ₹70,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
