Business partner who can Performs a vital role in product improvement and implementation. In the early stages of a new startup, a co-founder takes a very active role in forming the team, growing the MVP, defining specifications, and bringing that product into life.

1.Raising funds
Fundraising is one of the principal duties of Business partners from HNI clients ,Bank Heads and Private Financial institutions.

2. Building lead teams
An important responsibility of a Business partner is to identify and build a leadership team for the business. In most startups, the efforts of a managerial team result in success.They also help in conflict resolution to help every member perform their best.

3. Creating business documents
It is important for a business to create and maintain proper documentation for all its activities and transactions. Documentation is crucial for business registration, taxation, financial accounting and hiring. Business partner work with tax experts, auditors and lawyers to ensure that all required documents are in order and as per statutory requirements. Since these documents are subject to the scrutiny of investors, maintaining and updating them is an important duty of a partner.

4. Assessing risk
One of the differentiating characteristics of an entrepreneur and an employee is their ability to take risks.

SKILLS REQUIRED-
1.Network with Fund managers ,HNI members and Financial Institutions team experts
2.Knowledge about Banking and financial modelling
3.CA/CFA/CPA preferred with good experience
4.Presentations skills with excellent communication potential
5.Business management and operational management skills
