Job Description
Account and financial reporting
• Ledger scrutiny and review of Trial balance
• Preparation and finalization of quarterly financial statements of subsidiaries as per IGAAP then converting them to IND AS compliant
• Consolidation of financial statements as per IND AS
• Preparation of Results in Stock exchange format ( P&L, Balance sheet, segment results, cash flow)
• Preparation of annual financial statement as per schedule III of the Companies Act 2013.
• Getting quarterly financial statements reviewed/audited by statutory auditors of the company in very tight timelines. (SEBI gives a maximum of 45 days for publishing quarterly results)
• Internal audit
• Preparing analytical reporting deck for quarterly board reporting.
(Independently handling the finalization of accounts of Multiple companies on a quarterly basis is a must)
Others
• RERA compliance
• Income tax matters of the group in coordination with the consultant
• GST matters of the Group in coordination with the consultant
• Annual Budget and business planning
• Review of monthly MIS received from Business units
• Coordinate with credit rating agencies for credit rating of bank facilities
• preparation of IM and projected financials for debt funding & Assisting CFO in fundraising (preparation of IM, financial projection ), and relationship management with lenders
• Valuation of companies from international IPC firms on Half yearly basis
