Benefits
The annual base salary range for this role is $35 to $38 hourly USD
Responsibilities
Booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation and meals)
Submitting and reconciling expense reports using SAP-CONCUR
Specialized projects may include : Provide support to marketing organization by analyzing and reporting on business data
Contact personnel at all organizational levels to gather / deliver required information
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Occasional temporary assignments may include : Manage agenda, appointments, travel and emails of a traveling executive
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
Manage visitor + badge door access approvals
Assist with document printing and special requests as needed
Order office supplies as well as replenish daily snacks & drinks at appropriate locations
Receive incoming material (parcels, food, documents) and notify relevant personnel upon arrival

There would be two Aspects of the Job :
Executive Admin Job Responsibilities :
• Booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation and meals).
