Position : HR Recruiter- Only WFO(Ahmedabad)
Experience : Fresher to 3 Years
Job Location: Ahmedabad
CTC :- Max 25 K
Recruiter Job Duties:
• Utilizing various Job Portals like Naukri, Times job Monster and Company's own Candidates Database.
• Screening & short-listing of candidates profile.
• Handling recruitment process & client relationship
• Screening the CV's according to client's parameters
• Scheduling the Interview with the Respective clients
• Weekly report Submitting to Sr. Authorities
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job site
